DESCRIPTION: Clock- 2 (Two) German wall: (1) Fabrication Girod, Morbier, France, box clock, 8 day, time and strike with Westminster chime, spring driven movement in an oak case with silvered dial and octagonal pendulum, c1930; (2) Gebrüder Junghans AG, Schramberg, Germany, box clock, 8 day, time and strike with Westminster chime, spring drive movement in an oak case with silvered dial, c1925.
CONDITION: (1) Case is in very good condition and may have been given a fresh coat of clear finish. Signed dial is in good condition. French made movement has steel plates with brass bushings and is signed. (2) The case is in good condition with a very slight roughness to the finish. Silvered dial has a few flecks of dirt, but is overall good. Movement is signed with the Junghans star trademark and movement type "B10 ". Dimensions are for the Junghans (2). Sold "as is ".
